Our shampoos & Soaps contain natural ingredients and natural derived ingredients. Our herbal/plant based shampoos & Artisan soaps are 100% natural. Our massage shampoo bars, conditioner bars and cleansing conditioner bars are made from naturally derived ingredients with Natural Fragrance oils.

Our shampoo bar & soap lather well; however, since it's made from natural saponin ingredients that don't contain synthetic surfactant, the lather is not produced as much as synthetic surfactant. Please keep in mind that even when our bars doesn't produce strong lather like commercial shampoo or soap, it still cleans your hair and scalp.

We recommended to use the shampoo every 2 days for best result. However, it depends on your hair and scalp, some hair type can use everyday if you feel need to i.e: oily hair. For normal & dry hair, every 2 - 3 days is good to use.

The majority of our products are vegan. Some products we use locally sourced beeswax to enhance the benefits of products’ purposes.

We use a lot of organic ingredients in our products. Our organic ingredients will be marked with asterisk * beside each ingredient.

Our ingredients are sourced from reputable local suppliers as well as across Canada and USA.

Natural fragrance oils are plant-based aromatics that are produced using pure essential oils and aromatic isolates derived solely from natural, raw botanical sources called Fractional Distillation. Fractional distillation is the process of separating chemical compounds. Each part of a compound (called an “isolate”) is separated from the other chemicals in the compound. Fractional distillation uses the different boiling points of each compound to separate or isolate the exact molecules that contain the scent desired. The mixture is heated so that each fraction evaporates and condenses into its own compartment. The process begins in the same way that it would if you were distilling an essential oil. Water and plant material are put into the still’s hopper and heated. It is a process of isolating and combining compounds till the Natural Fragrance oil is created to a specific scent.

We do our best to ship your order out as soon as possible. We ship order within 1-2 business days. With regular mail, you should expect your order to arrive from 5 to 10 business days within Canada. International shipment to outside of Canada can take from 10 to 15 days depends on location and postage. Once we ship out the order, it's out of our hand. We will make sure to provide tracking number for your order so you can track it. Please understand that due to Covid, shipment may take longer than its usual time.
